Dear Dutch Hill Families,

Our Veterans’ Day assembly was fantastic!  Thank you for your attendance at this very special event.

Please extend a warm welcome to Dutch Hill’s newest staff member Kathy Eissmann, ELL teacher.

The Dutch Hill staff wishes each of you a wonderful safe and warm Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. Spend a lot of time hugging and adoring your very special children!

Sincerely,

Giving and Receiving Help During the Holidays

We all know that this year many more families than usual are challenged by cutbacks in their finances.  There are also those fortunate enough to have time and/or resources they would like to donate.

 Ways to Give:

The Dutch Hill Staff invites you -- Dutch Hill families -- to join us in the spirit of giving this season!  With more families in a financial crunch & fewer community options for help, we could really use your support to expand the number of families we adopt for Christmas.  Cash or gift card donations will be received by Lynn Bohlmann, Counselor (office is in the library.)

     For volunteer opportunities

Ø      You can contact the Snohomish County United Way or go to their website: www.volunteersolutions.org/uwsc/org/

Ø      Call 211 (or 800-223-8145 from cell phones) to donate items (such as clothing, food, toys, etc)

 Ways to Receive:

Ø      Snohomish Food Bank:  360-568-7993

Ø      Call 211 (800-223-8145 from cell phones) for information on assistance for holiday help, financial, shelter, emergency, legal and other community resources.
